This policy applies to the 4way.digital website (the "Site") and to information collected by 4waydigital LLC ("we," "us," "our") through the contact form, direct communications, and client engagements.
This policy does not cover our applications. Each application published by 4waydigital LLC has its own privacy policy that accurately reflects the data handling of that specific app. See the product pages for Mindful Global, Focus Habit Lab, Tracker, CRM, and Budgeting for their respective policies.
Data we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide directly. When you contact us through the form or by email, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company or role context, project scope, budget range, timeline, and the content of your message.
Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider logs standard web server data: IP address, browser user-agent, pages visited, referrer URL, and access timestamps. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and error diagnostics.
Information from client engagements. If we work together on a paid project, we may process additional information you share with us to deliver the service — this is governed by the separate engagement agreement signed for that project.
How we use your data
We use the information we collect to:
— Respond to your inquiry and evaluate the fit for a potential engagement.
— Communicate with you about proposals, scope, and follow-ups.
— Maintain the security, availability, and performance of the Site.
— Comply with legal obligations (tax records, lawful requests).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models or for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing your personal data is:

Data retention
Contact-form submissions are delivered to our internal email (info@4way.digital) and remain in that mailbox indefinitely as part of our business correspondence, unless you request deletion. You can request deletion of any message at any time by emailing info@4way.digital.
Server access logs (IP addresses, user agents, timestamps) are retained by our hosting provider for up to 30 days and are used only for security and abuse prevention.
Rate-limiting data (in-memory IP counters) is automatically deleted within 1 hour of your last submission.
Business records required by US tax law (if our communication leads to a paid engagement) are retained for 7 years as required by the IRS.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
— Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
— Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
— Ask us to delete data (subject to legal retention requirements).
— Object to or restrict processing based on legitimate interests.

Security
We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures:
— All website traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) using certificates from Let's Encrypt.
— Contact form submissions are transmitted to our server over HTTPS and then delivered to our internal mailbox via encrypted SMTP (TLS on port 465).
— Server access is protected by SSH key authentication; passwords and API keys are stored in environment variables with restricted file permissions (600) accessible only to our administrators.
— We apply the principle of least privilege: staff and sub-processors have access only to data necessary for their specific function.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your data may have been compromised, contact us immediately at info@4way.digital.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we may have received data from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States (Florida). If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. Where required by law (for example, for EU residents), transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards adopted by our sub-processors.
California residents (CCPA)

These include the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it (subject to legal exceptions), the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

This subscription list is separate from marketing communications and used only for policy updates.
