If you're starting something new, the project brief form on the home page is the best place to begin — it gives us enough context to reply with something useful on the first round.

Response times

New project inquiries.One business day, typically faster. If your timeline is urgent, mention it in the brief and we'll prioritize.

Active client engagements. Response times are defined in your engagement agreement. For most retainers we guarantee same-business-day response during US East Coast hours.

General questions. Within two business days.

How quickly do you reply?

We reply to all inquiries within one business day, usually sooner. Complex project briefs may take a day or two for a thoughtful response rather than a reflexive one.

Do you work with startups or only established companies?

Both. We've worked with solo founders and with companies at scale. What we look for is clarity about the problem and realistic expectations — not the size of the logo.

What do you need from us to give an estimate?

A short brief with the problem you're solving, who it's for, what success looks like, and any constraints around timing or budget. Even 2-3 paragraphs is enough to start a real conversation.

Can you sign an NDA before we share details?

Yes. Send the document to info@4way.digital and we'll sign and return it within one business day.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support?

Yes. We offer monthly retainers for products we've built or for existing products that need reliable stewardship. Terms are discussed per engagement.

What happens if we need to end an engagement early?

Every engagement includes a clean off-ramp. You get all source code, assets, credentials, and documentation — no lock-in. We bill only for work completed.
